Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University (RMLNLU) is a university in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is one of the autonomous law schools in India.

The university was established by an act of the government of Uttar Pradesh in 2005 (U.P. Act No. 28) and officially opened on January 4, 2005. The institution was eventually called the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law Institute, but "institute" was replaced by "university" following an amendment in the act in November 2006 to emphasize the comprehensive national character of the institution.

The University is partially funded by grants from the state government. The university is selective and choose students by body of students through the Common Law Admission Test.

The school's Journal Committee publishes the RMLNLU Law Review, a law journal. The other prominent committee is the Debate and Discussion Committee, DDC, that organises the different intras for the various Parliamentary Debate competitions and others. It also holds the annual debating league, Tarka which comprises different formats of debates that takes place through the semesters.
